All installers of Central Valley Awning products are independent contractors who are hired by the homeowner to install the aluminum patio cover they (the homeowner) purchased, and are not representing Central Valley Awning, and are not affiliated with, controlled by, agents of or partners of Central Valley Awning. All contractors set their own pricing for the services they provide and all transactions between a consumer and a contractor are only between these two parties and do not involve Central Valley Awning as a party except for the product warranty coverage as set forth in the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Central Valley Awning does not make any representations as to any contractor or its services and Central Valley Awning is not responsible and does not provide a warranty for installation services provided by the contractor. No contractor is authorized to make any representations or warranties regarding a Central Valley Awning’s product.
